The Benue governorship candidate of the People’s Redemption Party (PRP), Rev Frederick Ikyaan has said the votes from his church, Nongu u Kristu u i Ser u sha Tar (NKST) are sufficient to make him emerge as Governor.
Rev Ikyaan said this while addressing the church faithful at a choir conference held recently in Kyado, Ukum LGA of Benue state, where he went to solicite the support of the church in his quest to become governor.
He urged the church to support him as the first NKST pastor to seek the governorship seat, saying with the population of the church, he will win the elections if every member votes for him.
The NKST is a Tiv-indigeneous church with over a million followership and about 137,000 baptised and professing members.
