Benue Gets New Police Commissioner 

A new Commissioner of Police, CP. Omololu Shamsudeen Bishi, has been deployed to Benue state.
He assumed duty yesterday, taking over from CP. Ene Okon after a brief handing/taking over ceremony at the Police Headquarters.
According to a press statement by the command spokesperson, DSP. Moses Joel Yamu, the new commissioner was one time Divisional Police Officer, International Airport Lagos, Area Commander Mushin Lagos, Deputy Commissioner of Police in charge of Criminal Intelligence and Investigation Department Ibadan Oyo State, Deputy Commissioner of Police in charge of Administration Ogun Command.
Until his recent deployment, he was Commissioner of Police Department of Administration Force Headquarters, Abuja.

  1. Congratulation to him as the new police boss in the state. I will like him not to follow the foot steps of the out-going boss Ene Okon, who was good at parading innocents people as kidnappers terrorising makurdi and its environs.
